    We can deliver in lightning-fast lead times of just 5 working days. With small MOQs starting at just 60 litres, and up to multiple pallet deliveries, we’ve got the zest for every recipe.

    Sweet, fresh flavour. Vibrant and rich colour. Jam packed with nutrients and antioxidants. Our individually quick frozen (IQF) cranberries offer all the convenience of a frozen product, with all the benefits locked in for the ultimate nutritional boost.

    A fruitful source of vitamins and antioxidants

    Bright in colour and delicious in taste, cranberries are considered a superfood due to their high nutrient and antioxidant content. In fact, research links this plump little berry to the prevention of certain types of cancer, improved immune function, and decreased blood pressure. If you’re looking for a rich boost of vitamins and minerals to improve the health benefits of your recipe, cranberries are a contender.

    Fact: Cranberries are the second highest fruit in antioxidant capacity, with blueberries being number one.

    Wet harvested cranberries, quality checked for perfection

    Supplied whole or sliced our IQF cranberries are harvested during October through to November. The cranberries are grown in fields and when they have reached their optimum ripeness, they are wet harvested.

    Did you know: Did you know: Wet harvesting involves flooding the fields, which makes the berries rise to the top as they can float.

    All our cranberries are grown to meet industry standards. Before they are frozen, they are washed and quality checked for any defects to ensure that only the finest fruit reaches the carton, and your recipe. We understand that consistency and uniformity is vital for aesthetic appeal where identifiable pieces are required.

    “The cranberries are frozen quickly at extremely low temperatures to lock in the nutrients and vibrant flavour and to prevent the formation of ice crystals. This allows the cranberries to retain their natural shape, size and flavour – just as they were when harvested.”
