Although they vary product to product, typically we provide a 10-day lead-time.

Shelf life

Our sauces and curds are ambient stable with a shelf life of 1-6 months, with longer-life options available upon request. We also supply a full range of jams and marmalades with shelf lives ranging from 12 to 24 months.
